Linda Konstan, principal of LMK Associates/Sensible Human Resources Consulting,
headquartered in Denver, Colorado, has been responsible for directing the ongoing
development of human resources functions for firms around the country. Through common
sense, strategic leadership, and direction, she develops pragmatic human resource
policies and programs that help shape the organization’s overall ability to develop
and carry out its goals. In addition to consulting, she has held numerous positions
in the human resources field, including serving as the Founder and Senior Consultant/Group
Manager of a New York City human resources research consulting practice, Director
of Human Resources for a scientific/technical publishing firm, and Vice President
of Human Resources for a multi-branch financial institution and national nonprofit.
